Trim Levels

The Santa Fe Sport comes in three trim levels: Sport, Sport 2.0T, and Sport 2.0T Ultimate. The Sport has a starting MSRP of $25,250, the Sport 2.0T has a starting MSRP of $31,700, and the Sport 2.0T Ultimate has a starting MSRP of $36,500.

Engine

The base level of the Santa Fe Sport comes with a four-cylinder, 2.4 liter engine that has 185 horsepower and gets 178 pound-feet of torque. The Sport 2.0T and Sport 2.0T Ultimate come with a 2.0 liter, four-cylinder Turbo engine that gets 240 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. All three vehicles come standard with a six-speed automatic transmission and front wheel drive. You can also get the optional all wheel drive upgrade on all trim levels.

Performance

While all three trim levels of the Santa Fe Sport have a 17.4-gallon fuel tank, there are slight differences in the EPA mileage estimates because of the different engines. The Sport trim level gets an estimated 21 miles per gallon (mpg) city, 27 mpg highway, and 24 mpg combined in front wheel drive, and 20 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined in all wheel drive.

The Sport 2.0T gets an estimated 20 mpg city, 28 mpg highway, and 23 mpg combined in front wheel drive, and 19 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined in all wheel drive.

Finally, the Sport 2.0T Ultimate gets an estimated 20 mpg city, 27 mpg highway, and 23 mpg combined in front wheel drive, and 19 mpg city, 24 mpg highway, and 21 mpg combined in all wheel drive.

Interior

Inside the base trim level of the Santa Fe Sport, you'll find excellent standard features like stain-resistant cloth seats, four 12-volt power outlets, power locks, power windows, steering-wheel-mounted cruise, Bluetooth and audio controls, and a 5-inch audio system display.

Upgrade to the Sport 2.0T and you'll get leather seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, eight-way power driver seat with lumbar support, six-way power front passenger seat with height adjustment, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and 7-inch display audio system.
