The 2020 Hyundai Kona is an exciting option for anyone in the market for a new SUV. It's a relatively compact vehicle that is easy to drive around Terrell, TX, and it has a lot of personality, with a modern style and plenty of attractive features. At Randall Noe Hyundai, we know that our customers are often interested in knowing whether certain vehicles have the right amount of room for them. This overview will give you a better idea of how the Kona stacks up to other Hyundai vehicles with its dimensions.

With a length of 164 inches, the Kona is 61 inches tall, sits 6.7 inches off the ground, has 34.6 inches of rear-seat leg room, and a total cargo capacity of 45.8 cubic feet. Behind the second row, the dedicated storage area has a volume of 19.2 cubic feet, and it's easy to lower the seats whenever you need more space.

Smaller than the Kona, the Hyundai Venue has a length of 159.1 inches. It has roughly the same amount of ground clearance, and it has slightly less rear-seat leg room. The cargo area has a volume of 18.7 cubic feet, and it can be expanded to 31.9 cubic feet by folding down the rear seats.

Three SUVs are larger than the Kona. The Tucson is 176.4 inches long, the Santa Fe is 187.8 inches long, and the Palisade is 196.1 inches long. While the Tucson has rear-seat leg room just shy of 40 inches, the other SUVs have a little more than that amount, providing plenty of space for people to stretch out. Plus, the Palisade has a third row. Maximum cargo capacity is 61.9 cubic feet in the Tucson, 71.3 cubic feet in the Santa Fe, and 86.4 cubic feet in the Palisade.

We also carry several other Hyundai models at our dealership. Most of the sedans are longer than the Kona, but they don't have the same versatile interior. The Veloster and Elantra GT are comparable in size and cargo capacity.
